Plant-base Pancakes
• 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax seed + 3 tbsp water)
• ½ cup whole wheat flour without gluten
• ½ cup kamut flour (or coconut flour)
• 1 tsp cinnamon or
• ¼ tsp baking soda
Mix together and Cook ( use grape-seed oil or vegan butter)
Serve with any berries, Bananas or Honey YOU LOVE
