Take 2 each (4 to 16 daily) capsules in the AM on an empty stomach or { with fruit/vegetables} with 8oz or more SPRING water (& H3O2 / freshly squeezed juice/water) and 2 capsules each in the afternoon & Evening. ( It's optional to take the colon Wise during lunch)
